Our background in traditional upholstery techniques, enables us to restore furniture to its original state no matter how intricate that might be. Often we see the finished product, but the traditional work actually goes far deeper to the structure and content under the cover.
From hand springing, re webbing, sprung edges and use of hessian and jute webbing.
Materials such as flock, coconut fibre are used to retain the original make up of the chair.
Traditional Diamond buttoning is a specialty and we will work with you to get any back and seat cushions to your exact liking using traditional products or feather and foam (or a combination), if that’s what you require to complete the piece to perfection.
Frame repair can be required when restoring chairs and couches or lounge suites.
Whether it’s a fairly new piece or a 100 year old piece we know that a sound frame will ensure years of satisfaction.
Dining Room chairs, Balloon back chairs, Edwardian chairs just to name a few may require re-doweling and strengthening to bring them back to life. Sometimes frames need altering too to ensure comfort, functionality and style.

This gorgeous old chair was in need of a full re-spring and recover. The result is amazing. A modern look for a tired old piece, well worth doing!
This brilliant retro lounge suite was purchased 50 years ago when our clients were married. Fast forward 50 years and this sentimental suite will live on in the family for another 50 years at least. Seats and backs in a Warwicks Leather and the rest in Warwicks fabric, simply beautiful and simply treasured.
These rare and very valuable chairs have been transformed and look like new again. A vibrant colour and quality workmanship has enabled theses 70’s beauties to live on for many more years to come.

Check this OLDIE out!!! When Luke stripped the old cover off to recover it, he found the signature and date of the person who made it, back in 1916...... How beautiful to know that this treasure is nearly 100 years old and we have the privilege of restoring it to its former glory. Recovered in Warwicks Aged Leather doing justice to its age and beauty.
